Job Brief :

  1. Manage Unit Operations
    Supervise, evaluate and control the entire process operational in the unit, both production and non-production to ensure the harmony of each part in unit so that the production target can be achieved.
  2. Formulation of Target Achievement Strategies
    Formulate strategies for achieving target units and coordinating all related Managers in the process implementation to ensure the availability of strategic direction aligned with the objectives of the Company.
  3. Ensuring Achievement of Operational Targets
    Monitor, direct and evaluate the process production units that have been stipulated in the Business Plan & PPIC to ensure the achievement of operational target units.
  4. Optimization of Unit Work Performance
    Monitor, develop strategies and mobilize use all existing resources both human resources and energy resources in the unit to ensure achievement optimization of performance and cost efficiency in the unit.
  5. Implementation of a Quality Management System
    Establish and communicate the application of the System ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO Environmental Management System 14001, Occupational Safety & Health Management System (SMK3), 1. Standardized Operation CE marking, JAS, WSV, SVLK and FSC COC to ensure the entire operational process in the unit follows the applicable standards.
  6. Developing Team Performance / Subordinates
    Manage, evaluate and develop performance as well subordinate / subordinate competence in the unit environment for always make improvements to the work process to produce the level of the QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery) work process is increasingly well.
